Elsie (Mrs. Frank L.) McCormack (1876-n.d.), a spiritualist, housewife, landlord, and stock investor, believed that she was a "transmitter" of the cosmos. Every morning from 6 to 8 am, for a large segment of her life, she sat at a desk with paper and pencil and wrote the words she received from the cosmos.
